Shipping Information

Shipping to Italy
Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €80 .
For smaller orders, there is a shipping fee visible at checkout.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions even if you don't meet the threshold: sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on exclusive offers and benefits.

International Shipping

  • European Union : fixed cost €19.90

  • Non-EU countries : fixed cost €19.90

    Any customs handling costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Timing and Order Management
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times are 4–5 business days , barring delays due to peak demand or extraordinary events. We ask that you be patient in the event of any delays.

Tracking and Delivery Options
All shipments are trackable. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order leaves our warehouse.


Returns & Refunds

If you ordered the wrong size or the item does not meet your expectations , you can request:

  • Free size exchange (valid for Italy)

  • Or a partial refund : you will be refunded the cost of the item minus €10.00 for shipping and handling costs.

In the event of a defective item , we will refund you in full both the cost of the item and the return costs .

Non-Delivery or Refusal of the Package

If the package is not delivered due to the recipient's absence or is not collected , it will automatically return to our warehouse after the storage period. In this case:

  • You will be issued a store credit equal to the value of the item minus €10.00 for handling and shipping.

  • For international and European shipments, in addition to the handling fee, the actual shipping costs incurred will also be deducted (variable depending on the country).
